Class designed to correct and perfect your back handspring through strength development and proper technique. Appropriate for all levels!
FLEX & STUNT
Basic stretch, flexibility and strength class for all areas of cheer. Including a one on one stunt group session with SA Coaches to help train flyers of all levels.
FLYER FLEX
Advanced class of strength & flexibility for flyers of all levels.
LAYOUT FULL PREP
Advanced class specified to teaching and building the proper technique for layouts and fulls. Back tuck required (standing or running).
REACHIN' ROUND OFFS
The round off is ESSENTIAL to any success in tumbling. This class will teach everything needed to know about how to have the BEST round off.

Cardio and agility workout class to get athletes "routine ready" throughouth the season
